Return and Exchange Policy (US/Canada)

Returns

Very important, please contact us by email at sales@maiansfootwear.com prior to beginning the process.

You have fourteen days to make a return. The items being returned must be unworn in their original condition. Please follow these steps for returns.

Return process:

  1. Please use original packaging and shoebox for returns, avoiding damage.
  2. Please make sure to include your Maians order number and also your full name with your return shipment.
  3. When returning your order, please send us the name of the shipping company and the tracking number by email after it has been shipped.
  4. Please ship returns to the address below (This the logistics company that manages our U.S. stock)
  5. Refunds will be issued for the returned shoes upon receipt of the shipment, with the refund amount equal to the purchase price.

Exchanges

Very important, please contact us by email at sales@maiansfootwear.com prior to beginning the process.

Customers have a fourteen day window for exchanging items, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition. Follow the steps below to complete an exchange.

Exchange process:

  1. To initiate a product exchange, please contact us at sale@maiansfootwear.com and provide details of the pair you wish to return and the pair you would like to receive in exchange. This should include the style, color, and size of the new pair.
  2. Please confirm that the address and contact telephone number match the original order. If different, kindly provide the new address and telephone number for the delivery.
  3. Follow the steps for RETURNS listed above for the shoe or shoes you which to return.
  4. Upon receiving confirmation by email that the RETURN process is complete, we'll promptly ship your replacement pair to you via FEDEX. The shipment cost of the new pair will be covered by Maians for the exchange.
